Harry and Melissa

Happy Holidays!

What an eventful year 2021 has been! We're so fortunate to have each of you in our lives and are looking forward to celebrating more with each of you, post-pandemic. Since the end of the year is often a time for reflection, we thought we'd share a few snapshots from these eventful milestones with each of you.

We hope to see each of you in 2022 and help you celebrate your own milestones along the way. Here's to a Happy Holidays and a joyous New Year!

Love,

Harry & Melissa

2021 started out with a bang, with us getting engaged in January. Shortly after, we officially moved Harry from Los Angeles, up to San Jose-- and took the trip down to LA to spend time with Harry's friends and family.

Several months later, Harry made another change-- he left his job at VT Pro and began working at Google on the Chrome team.

And then in August, we officially tied the knot, getting married in a small ceremony in Carmel Valley, CA.

Right after the wedding, we popped over to Maui for a quick honeymoon where we were able to enjoy much of the island together.

While we were planning our wedding , we realized we loved the area of Carmel Valley and began thinking about what it would be like to live there full time. We began looking for our "forever" home, and in November closed on a house just over a mile from where we were married. After closing on the house, we discovered that when you stand in the back pasture of the property, you can just see the spot where we were married on a clear day.

This 1948 post-Adobe ranch style house checked off of all the boxes for us, and we'll spend the next few years (or maybe the rest of our lives!) working to update and improve our new home, located on roughly 2 acres of land in Carmel Valley. We'll try to chronicle the adventures on Instagram, but make no promises on the quality or frequency of the content! :)

Amidst all the adventure and excitement, we tried to keep things normal by celebrating birthdays, staying close with friends and family and working on various home improvement projects at our house in San Jose.

With all the excitement of 2021, we are hoping for a bit more mellow 2022. But who knows what 2022 will bring -- hopefully we will be able to share and spend some portion of it with you all!
